I was at Americade this past week and wanted you to know what kind of guys you have writing articles for your company.

I am not sure if you are the right person to send this to and if not maybe you could help me out and direct it. I am emailing you as I was at Americade this past week and wanted you to know what kind of guys you have writing articles for your company. I happened to be in the same location as the boys from Speeds Performance and as the speed freak that I am the noise of there dyno drew me towards them.

I ended up talking to Wayne and within 2 minutes of our conversation he had me relaxed like I was talking to an old friend. After our conversation I decided to dyno my bike we ran into some carburetor problems. Between Wayne and Jason they explained what was happening to my bike, why and what it needed to correct the problem properly. They also gave me another alternative in case I didn’t want to spend that much money and not once did I feel like I was being pushed in any one direction. After a little bit of debating with myself and how much my wife might not like me spending more money I decided to let them do the work. However I needed a set of cables to do all of the work they suggested and they did not stock the older cables my bike needed.

So Wayne got on the phone and called the closest Harley dealership to see if they might have what I needed. In the mean time they took my bike down as they had another plan to make it run better incase they couldn’t come up with the cables. Funny enough the dealership had the cables and off my Dad went to go get them for me. While I waited for him to return I ended up being able to shadow them as they worked on other customers bikes and any time I had a question they took the time to answer me. I apologized a few times for asking so many questions and for hovering around. There response was don’t worry about it that’s how you learn. After my Dad’s return all attention was returned to my bike with new intake manifold, carburetor cables and filter.

Their workmanship is above and beyond, everything they touched on my bike they wiped off. That’s pride in there work that you just do see much anymore. Then Jason took my bike to the dyno and worked his magic, where my bike became a work of art as Jason turned my bike into a new one. I can’t get over the difference the guys at Speeds made to my bike it was so nice to ride down the road with my bike singing away. I would highly recommend Speeds to anyone that needed some work done as the guys at speeds make you feel like you are at home working on your bike with a few buddies. Well that is my story and just wanted you guys to know that you have a company working for you that is hard to find in this day and age. Great work to your company as well for giving Speed’s the opportunity to help many other people through your magazine which I will soon be a subscriber to.
